Our Story
How We Started
Solitech Prime Consolidated Ltd was founded in 2020 by Richard Gueli, a builder who grew up with the vision of restoring Victorian terraces houses. Frustrated by an industry where corners were cut and homeowners left disappointed, Richard set out to build a company that did things differently.
Starting with a small team of three, we took on our first full renovation in Birmingham and delivered it three days ahead of schedule. Word spread. Within two years we had expanded across Birmingham and beyond, and by 2024 we were operating across England — bringing the same standards of craft and care to homes from Cornwall to Northumberland.
Today, Solitech Prime employs more skilled trades people and specialists, including one of the few dedicated smart home integration teams in the UK construction sector. We remain privately owned, and Richard still visits every project personally before handover.
